Melodicas

Modeled melodicas for Surge XT.
Three models are included:

Default
Just a standard melodica

Clarinet
With a touch of clarinet tone

Double
Sounds a bit like it has double reeds.

All models sounds the same on the lower notes, but has a bit unique tone in the mid range to higher notes.

Articulations / settings

Dynamics

The dynamics is controlled by either the modwheel (CC#1) or with a breath controller ( CC#2).

Vibrato

Either perform the vibrato manually with the modwheel or use the Vibrato knob. The speed of the vibrato is controlled with the "vibrato speed" knob

Detune

Make the melodica completely out of tune with the detune knob. Detune the notes randomly up to a semitone sharp/flat.
Use the 'detune seed" to change to a different random order.

Room

Mix between Room and close mic.

Stereo

Stereo panning of each key from mono to 100% to the left and right.

Loudness

Level of harmonic content

Formant

Adjust the formant/tone of the melodica.
