A Realistic expressive Ocarina preset for Phase Plant, modeled with wavetable/noise synthesis

Vibrato is controlled with macros.
Legato notes are triggered on overlapping notes.
Staccato notes are triggered on non-overlapping notes and are velocity sensitive.
The dynamic range is controlled with the mod wheel.
