The brass 2.0 is out! Tenor trombone and bass trombone has been added and A brass preset bank is now available as a bundle on gumroad.

All brass instruments has been completely rebuild from scratch and two instruments has been added; A Tenor trombone and a Bass trombone.

Some of the new features:

Adjustable Legato

This is by far the biggest feature added. I'v managed to overwrite the regular built in "synth" glide/legato with a custom one using a combination of modulators. This makes it possible to adjust the speed of the legato and make the transition adapt more naturally to your playing.

Adjustable Staccato attack

Adjust the staccato attack time. Its more useful than I would have thought.

Staccato influenced by Modwheel or Velocity

Its now possible to switch between modwheel influenced legato and velocity legato or anything in between.

Ensemble patches (unison playing)

Each instrument has 2-4 unison presets for playing the instruments in unison ( the same note ), so its now possible to build an ensemble without the phasing issues that 1.0 instruments had.

There are currently 3 trumpets, 4 horns, 3 tenor trombone, 3 bass trombones and 2 tubas that can be created with the help of these presets.

There are also solo patches for each instrument that has a more closed mic sound.

Flutter, Growl

All instrument now has both flutter and growl.

Glide

Glide is added to all instrument, so essentially all instruments can act as a trombone.
Make sure to reset the glide to 0 when you are done gliding, otherwise it will not sound correctly as the glide diactivates that typical "brassy" transition between notes.
So if it starts to sound "synthy", make sure it is actually set to 0 and not 0.4% or something. I'v made this mistake multiple times while.

I lot of work has been done on these instruments and I really hope you like them.
Currently there is little room for additional functionality as I have maxed out all the modulations in the patches :).
